




Job Summary: This position seeks a professional to ensure budgetary control, monitoring, and optimization for construction projects, primarily focusing on steel structures. Key Highlights: 1. Cost analysis and deviation management. **Job Objective:** Ensure budgetary control, monitoring, and optimization in construction projects focused on steel structures, through cost analysis, deviation control, and generation of reports enabling timely decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and update construction budgets for steel structure projects. * Monitor and track actual expenditures versus authorized budgets. * Identify, analyze, and report budgetary deviations. * Develop catalogs of items and unit price analyses (UPA) specific to steel structures (fabrication, supply, and erection). **Required Profile:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 2–5 years in budgetary control within construction, preferably in steel structures. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Construction budgeting and unit price analysis. * Fabrication and erection processes for steel structures. * Construction site control and project administration. * Advanced Excel skills and cost management software (Neodata, Opus, or similar).
