You will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve questions regarding nutritional plans, platform usage, and tracking their health goals. **Responsibilities** * Respond to user inquiries via chat, email, and phone * Resolve technical issues related to the platform * Collaborate with the nutritionist team to escalate complex cases * Document user feedback to improve the product * Maintain high customer satisfaction standards Requirements \* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Health Sciences, or a related field * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Prior customer service experience (preferred) * Basic knowledge of digital tools * Empathy and service orientation 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month Comprehensive medical expense insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,696\.75 \- $16,302\.97 per month Work Location: On-site
