We are seeking a **Scrum Master Jr** for a project-based engagement, with interest in agile methodologies and a strong desire for professional growth. The selected candidate will support development teams in adopting the Scrum framework, facilitating agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement, under the guidance of more experienced Scrum Masters or leaders. **Responsibilities** * Support facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective). * Track impediments and collaborate on their resolution. * Promote agile best practices and correct application of the Scrum framework. * Support the Product Owner in backlog management (refinement, prioritization, and story clarity). * Monitor basic team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint goal achievement). * Foster team communication, collaboration, and self-organization. * Document team processes and agreements. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** * Basic knowledge of **Scrum and agile methodologies**. * Certification as a **Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)** is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in agile environments (practical experience, academic projects, or professional work). * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. **Desirable** * Experience with agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.). * Basic knowledge of software development or project management. * Basic/intermediate English proficiency.
