At Tacos Los Tarascos, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist in payroll administration and processing to join our administrative team. Main Responsibilities: * Weekly and biweekly payroll processing. * Validation of attendance incidents, absences, and vacations. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments. * Calculation of income tax (ISR), IMSS, and INFONAVIT contributions. * Preparation of final settlement documents (finiquitos). * Payroll stamping (timbrado). * Generation of administrative reports. * Addressing employee inquiries related to payments. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of payroll experience. * Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, IMSS, and ISR systems. * Proficiency in Excel and payroll software. * Strong organizational skills and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure.
