




We are seeking a highly professional and approachable Human Resources Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives. * Manage talent attraction, development, and retention within the company. * Resolve labor conflicts and foster a collaborative work environment. * Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate selection. * Monitor and analyze metrics related to employee performance and organizational climate. * Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures across all levels of the organization. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR integration with the company’s strategic initiatives. Preferred Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. * Leadership, conflict resolution, communication, and teamwork skills. * Prior experience in HR management roles, preferably 5–7 years. * Familiarity with HR management tools and software. * Relevant HR management certifications are a plus.
