Actively participate in the preparation and analysis of reports. **Job Description** Plan the company's accounting activities, controlling and verifying the processes of recording, classification, and posting of accounting transactions, to ensure that financial statements are reliable and timely. **Responsibilities and Obligations** * Plan and coordinate administrative accounting operations. * Coordinate and supervise review, posting, and coding activities. * Control the issuance and approval of payment orders, checks, and others. * Examine, classify, code, and post bank transfers, payroll, bank credits, canceled checks, and other income received by Treasury. * Supervise and direct accounting analyses of operations. * Supervise and coordinate the process of analyzing and reconciling account balances for financial statements. * Analyze detected irregularities and prepare corresponding reports. * Analyze and verify movements in various bank accounts. * Prepare trial balances and financial statements. * Record opening and closing entries in various accounting ledgers. * Download XML files issued and received from SAT. * Upload downloaded information into CONTPAQ. * Prepare journal entries in CONTPAQ. * Review supporting documents when issuing and authorizing checks. * Clean up customer and supplier records. * Enter check and transfer disbursement journal entries. * Issue invoices for customer advances. * Record revenue journal entries. * Calculate taxes. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Perform tax reconciliations. * File DIOT declarations. * File anti-money laundering declarations. * File VAT, ISR, and VAT and ISR withholding declarations. * Reconcile SAT records against suppliers. **Qualifications and Skills** **Age:** 30\-45 years old * **a) Required Education:** Degree in Public Accounting. * **c) Basic Knowledge:** Economic resource management, CONTPAQ, Advanced Office, Accounting, Tax calculation, Fiscal miscellaneous regulations and related publications, Fiscal updates, Accounting audit area, Accounting principles and practices, Modern accounting procedures, Electronic data processing and operating systems. * **d) Competencies:** Responsible, Organized, Effective Communication, Planning, Data Analysis, Leadership, Initiative, and Creativity. **e) Experience:** 5 years of experience in general accounting.
