With us, you will have the opportunity to: * Receive training across various technologies, especially in unified communications * Receive coaching and leadership development from project leaders * Gain experience in client and service management **Our Offer** Financial stability and solidity, real professional development and growth, an excellent work environment, certifications, and mobility options — our offer includes: * **Compensation**: MXN 18,000 net monthly; direct employment contract with statutory benefits and additional perks. * **Schedule**: Monday to Friday on a rotating shift basis: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM * **Work Location**: Torre Murano, Álvaro Obregón. **What We’re Looking For** * 2 years of experience in roles such as: on-site unified communications support, remote collaboration support, technical support for unified communications, collaboration help desk, unified communications service desk, collaboration support engineer, Cisco Webex support / NOC engineer, N1 support, or N1 engineer. * 1–2 years of experience providing support, troubleshooting, and resolving Level 1 incidents for videoconferencing solutions including Cisco Webex, Call Manager, Jabber, Spark, Cisco Room Kit Mini, Room Kit, and Room Kit Plus — both on-premises and cloud-based. Alternatively, Google Workspace / Google Meet experience is acceptable. * 1–2 years of experience handling user provisioning/deprovisioning, PBX administration, switch configuration, IP telephony installation and configuration, and Cisco software conferencing setup. * Performing daily checklists for meeting rooms or videoconferencing systems.
