**MANUFACTURING TEST ENGINEER \- HYBRID \- GUADALAJARA** **Required Education and Experience:** · Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field and 5\+ years relevant experience. · Working experience in In\-Circuit Test, Flying Probe, Automated Optical Inspection and general test equipment and instrumentation. · Systems engineering knowledge and working experience. · Experience in network communication systems and hardware. · Experience in debugging off\-the\-shelf hardware as well as internal developed equipment. · Experience setting up/evaluating/supporting systems including motherboards, CPU's, Memory, Interface cards, BIOS configurations. · Fluent in English along with excellent communication skills, written and verbal **Responsibilities** · Responsible for tests, qualification, and failure analysis of PCBAs and System Integration at CM. · Install, Debug and Sustain In\-Circuit Test and Flying Probe Test programs. · Develop, Debug and Deploy Functional Tests for PCBA’s · Debug of PCBAs and electronics subassemblies to the component level · Work with Contract Manufacturer and Engineering to debug/resolve PCBA Issues · Work with Quality and Process Engineering to streamline and improve manufacturing processes at CM. · Responsible for overseeing PCBA production at a Contract Manufacturer. · Launch new PCBAs at Contract Manufacturer · Debug problems working with engineering, cross functional team members and suppliers. · Work with Engineering Team to design and launch new PCBA’s · Travel required depending upon business needs. **Perks** Salary \= 53,000 MXN Gross / Month, Food Vouchers, Saving Founds, Medical Insurance, Stocks.
