Job Summary: SF Logística is seeking a Monitoring Operator for its Traffic Department, responsible for tracking vehicles, detecting incidents, and generating reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. GPS-based monitoring of vehicles, routes, and deliveries 2. Detection and escalation of traffic incidents 3. Incident registration and report generation We are SF Logística, specializing in land freight transportation services. We are currently seeking our next: **Monitoring Operator** for the: **Traffic Department.** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicles, routes, and deliveries using GPS. * Detect and escalate traffic-related incidents. * Register and generate incident reports. * Data entry into the ERP system (GM Transport). * General support to the Traffic Department. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete university degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory) and ERP systems (preferred). * \+ 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience and affinity for interacting with drivers. * Knowledge of traffic operations and vehicle monitoring, as well as satellite tracking systems (preferred). * Responsible, proactive, organized, honest, ethical individual with clear and assertive communication skills, capable of managing and resolving conflicts, and able to work effectively in a team. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $15,000 gross monthly (approximately $12,000 net). * Performance-based bonus of $3,000 monthly net. * Full IMSS contributions on base salary. * All statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, vacation, Christmas bonus, etc.). * Life insurance (effective from the third month of employment).
