Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to comprehensively manage projects within a dynamic, technical, and quality-oriented environment, coordinating multidisciplinary teams. KAIMEX is a 100% Mexican company, specializing in the marketing and manufacturing of industrial furniture (aluminum-profile based) to deliver optimal micro-logistics solutions for our customers. We are looking for a Project Manager capable of comprehensively managing projects within a dynamic, technical, and quality-oriented environment. **Required Profile:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). * Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Project Management Engineering, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Experience in project management and tracking. * Preferably experience in manufacturing and/or prototyping. * Proficiency in SolidWorks. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). **Management and Operations:** Planning, assignment, and tracking of workload. Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Monitoring progress, identifying delays, and rescheduling. Prioritizing projects jointly with Sales and Operations. Managing changes, urgent requests, and committed deadlines. Administering the full workflow up to production release. Updating stakeholders with critical project information. Using the calendar as the central control source. Dynamic prioritization based on workload and urgency. Working under defined and auditable processes (ISO 9001:2015\). Agile execution focus with quality control. **Key Skills:** End-to-end project management: Planning, tracking, and closure—ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams: Effective coordination across departments including Sales, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Administration. Continuous improvement focus: Implementing methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Data-driven decision-making: Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure measurable outcomes. Effective communication: Aligning expectations among internal clients, suppliers, and senior management. **Core Competencies:** Strategic thinking and results orientation. Problem-solving under pressure. Adaptability and change management. Negotiation and conflict resolution.
