DESCRIPTION **Position Mission** Ensure that all electrical, photovoltaic, and real estate projects are planned, executed, and delivered **with quality, profitability, and regulatory compliance**, leading from engineering and planning through supervision, closure, and results control. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate comprehensive project planning (design, permits, budget, schedule). * Supervise and control construction execution (costs, quality, safety, timelines). * Manage contractors, suppliers, and internal technical teams. * Ensure regulatory compliance (NOM, CFE, SCT, municipal). * Control reports, estimates, and traceability in ERP. * Lead technical team and develop mid-level operational leaders. * Report operational results to the Holding's General Manager. **Success Indicators** * On-time deliveries with no critical deviations. * Operating margin in line with plan. * Physical progress 95% vs. monthly schedule. * Zero workplace accidents or regulatory penalties. * Technical eNPS 8/10 and customer NPS 8\.5/10\. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Proven experience (minimum 5 years) leading construction or electrical installation projects. * Proficiency in planning, budgeting, ERP systems, and technical regulations. * High level of organization, team leadership, technical expertise, and results orientation. * Languages: English B2 (technical proficiency required) * Systems and/or tools: AutoCad or Solidworks, Microsoft365, Microsoft Project **We Offer** * Highly competitive salary * Quarterly bonuses (in addition to salary) * Full statutory benefits. * Company vehicle (exclusively for work-related activities). * High-performance environment, culture of continuous improvement, and technical leadership
