ANSA Company seeks a warehouse supervisor for **the Guadalajara, Jalisco area.** **Requirements** * Gender: Unrestricted * Proven experience of 3–5 years as a warehouse supervisor. * **Education**: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering degree or certification (completed or certified). * Residence near the work location (or willingness to relocate). **Main Responsibilities** ● Generate monthly inventory reports for ANSA and toll-manufacturing clients within the first five business days of each month. ● Submit required information to stakeholders timely and accurately—monthly or per event—by the 25th of each month. ● Prepare cyclic and monthly inventory reports in JDE. ● Maintain updated procedures and work instructions for the department, including IPER and MIAS. ● Train newly hired employees and promote the development of assigned personnel according to HR-established formats. ● Conduct appropriate evaluations for employees, including permanent and temporary contracts. ● Immediately address process deviations; handle non-conformities and/or customer complaints, consistent with job responsibilities. ● Develop and follow up on action plans for non-conformities. ● Execute checklists for material receipt and verify conditions per relevant quality controls for all raw materials and finished goods received from suppliers and customers. Notify via email within no more than 24 hours. ● Sign and stamp documents related to received and dispatched raw materials and finished goods across various processes, and record actual activity dates. ● Weekly tracking of transaction statuses corresponding to system JD Edwards transaction types T1/E1, T2/E2.
