Position: **Accounting Assistant** Work Locations: * Col. Puerta de Hierro, Zapopan, Jal (next to Plaza Andares) Schedule: * Mon\-Fri, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Experience: 2 years * In administrative and accounting functions * Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and report preparation Responsibilities: * Recording and controlling accounting transactions (invoicing, journal entries, reconciliations). * Managing accounts receivable and tracking payments. * Preparing administrative and financial reports. * Supporting expense control and coordinating with suppliers. * Organizing and archiving accounting\-administrative documentation. * Assisting in internal audit processes and regulatory compliance. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (completed) * Proficiency in Contpaqi software * Valid driver's license and ability to drive standard transmission vehicles (mandatory) * Willingness to commute between the main office and the distribution center (using company vehicle) **Salary: $14,700 gross** * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS coverage * Meal vouchers **$800** (starting after the third month) * Life insurance and medical expense insurance (after one year) Biweekly payment!
