Arcos Vallarta \- Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A leading company specializing in the design and assembly of metal structures is seeking: **Structural Calculation Engineer (Metal Structures)** Required Education: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Structural Design. Monthly gross salary: $10,000\.00 to $15,000\.00 Additional project-based commissions and commission per structural calculation report. Statutory benefits and IMSS coverage. **Proven work experience in metal structure calculations is mandatory (e.g., racks, industrial warehouses/sheds, shelving, sheet metal fabrication, vehicle bodies, automotive applications, etc.)** Required Software: AutoCAD (intermediate or advanced level), Microsoft Office, Outlook. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including one hour for lunch). Work Location: Col. Arcos Vallarta, Guadalajara, Jalisco. Responsibilities: * Perform detailed modeling, analysis, and fabrication design of metal structures (industrial sheds, racks, shelving, sheet metal components). * Prepare structural calculation reports. * Design and review bolted and welded connections. * Optimize structural profiles and sections. * Review structural and shop drawings. * Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and assembly departments. * Provide technical clarifications during project execution.
