CONSTRUCTION COMPANY REQUIRES: ARCHITECT Job Description REQUIRED AREAS: * Construction and remodeling * Software; intermediate\-advanced proficiency in Opus, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc. * Designing, executing, managing RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule and oversee project planning Analyze and supervise costs Negotiate with suppliers and contractors Supervise architectural construction Prepare construction reports and project progress updates Coordinate operational activities Prepare surveys and preliminary drawings according to project requirements (demolitions, special permits, tree felling, land use changes, feasibility studies) Conceptual design, executive design, and concurrent supervision of architectural construction Provide reports, meeting minutes, and status updates Conduct site visits to assess the physical and financial status of construction projects Understand requirements and procedures for project closeout and follow up on delivery\-acceptance documents Design detailed drawings and specifications SKILLS: \- Analytical \- Responsible \- Creative \- Productive Work Location: TLAJOMULCO, JALISCO Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one\-hour break; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM . \- REQUIREMENTS \- Minimum Education: Higher Education \- Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience Knowledge: Creativity, Administration, Adobe, Analysis, Cost Analysis, AutoCAD, Construction, Organization, Project Planning WE OFFER: * STATUTORY BENEFITS * CAMPING FACILITIES * PER DIEMS * REST DAYS * OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: $4,500\.00 \- $5,000\.00 per week Work Location: On\-site employment
