Quality: Process Engineer

We are seeking talent in the Quality area as: ***Process Engineer*** **Responsibilities** Ø Creation and/or updating of documents to establish the AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Ø Conducting internal audits and analyzing audit results. Ø Performing product audits on in-process and finished goods to evaluate conformance to requirements based on validation criteria. Ø Root cause analysis, containment, and correction of process incidents, as well as ensuring follow-up on corrective and preventive actions, their documentation, evaluation, and closure. **Responsibilities** Ø Monitoring and improving existing company processes. Ø Tracking and analyzing identified nonconformities until resolution. Ø Participating in continuous process improvement, defining tools for data analysis and demonstrating QMS effectiveness. **Requirements** Ø Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field preferred). Ø Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing plant. Ø Minimum 2 years of experience implementing ISO 9001:2015 (AS9100D) requirements. Ø 1 year of experience as an ISO 9001:2015 (AS9100D) internal auditor. Ø Experience developing documented information: procedures, flowcharts, visual aids, etc. **Knowledge and Skills** Ø Analytical ability Ø Teamwork Ø Service-oriented attitude Ø Written and spoken English (desirable) Ø Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and project management (desirable) **Salary:** $15,000\.00 to $20,000\.00 negotiable Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
