Responsibilities As a Shelf Promoter, your primary responsibilities will include: Product Promotion and Marketing: Ensure that Grupo Bafar’s products are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers on store shelves. You will be responsible for effectively and attractively arranging products to maximize their visibility and sales. Checking Expired Products: Ensuring product quality is critical. You must conduct periodic inspections to remove any expired items and verify that all displayed products remain within their designated consumption dates. Store Visits: Conduct regular visits to assigned stores. This includes planning your route and schedule to ensure all locations are serviced promptly and efficiently. Product Presentation: Provide clear and accurate information about our products to store staff and the general public. Your communication skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service will be key to generating interest in our products. Reporting: Maintain records of store visits and activities, reporting any incidents or opportunities identified to improve product placement and promotion. Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in similar promotional or sales roles within the retail sector. Knowledge: Familiarity with handling and displaying food products at retail points of sale.
