De acuerdo al Flujo de valor al cual obedecerá la OPERACIÓN INTERNA, las etapas por las cuales un Cajero Universal puede desempeñarse: ORDENAMIENTO * Vaciar el efectivo desordenado de envases muy grandes para ser ordenados manualmente. * Desdoblar y extender el efectivo antes de colocarlos en el contenedor de despacho, evitando que el efectivo caiga al piso o que quede algún billete en el envase VERIFICACIÓN * Abrir los envases de acuerdo a los procedimientos estandarizados vigentes. * Verificar y contar la cantidad de efectivo (en moneda y billete) que contienen los envases, mediante la operación y funcionamiento de la maquinaria disponible y también manualmente en su caso. * Asegurar que los valores en "físico" correspondan a lo que "dice tener" el comprobante que acompañe un depósito. * Registrar debidamente la operación en sistema acreditando los depósitos ARMADO DE LOTES * Preparar las cargas de trabajo de los cajeros que se encuentren verificando. * Los lotes son el conjunto de envases reservados para ser procesados, por banco, por complejidad, x cliente y por prioridad * Distribuir y asignar lotes a otros cajeros para procesar SELECCIÓN Y CLASIFICACIÓN * Seleccionar y separar los billetes por calidad y por denominación utilizando la maquinaria disponible, y en su caso manualmente. * Identificar y en todo momento cumplir con los lineamientos de control para asegurar la trazabilidad del procesamiento. * Clasificar, enfajillar el conjunto de billetes que sean procesados, de acuerdo a los estándares establecidos por Banco de México y de la compañía. * Firmar y sellar cintillas para enfajillar * Armar mazos.
