We are seeking Project Control Engineers specialized in the building sector for WSP in Mexico. **Responsibilities:** * Establish the project baseline for scope, cost, and schedule, as stipulated in the contract. * Define and set intermediate milestones to facilitate adherence to the schedule. * Support resource planning by developing a staffing plan aligned with the schedule. * Monitor the baseline and develop performance indicators to identify deviations and propose corrective actions. * Proactively engage the project team in detecting deviations and trends related to scope, cost, and schedule. * Support the Project Manager in managing change orders. * Monitor and report KPIs related to project control. * Prepare internal and external reports on project status and upcoming activities according to the schedule. * Manage and prepare payment certifications in accordance with contractual requirements. **Professional Background:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in similar project control roles. Preferred: Field (construction site) experience. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate/advanced English. * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project).
