We are seeking a highly creative and results-oriented Digital Designer specialized in creating visual content for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design, experience with digital platforms, agency marketing experience, and a strategic approach to enhancing brand image, capturing user attention, and contributing to our clients’ growth. **Responsibilities** · Develop organic and paid content for digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google Ads, and Emailing. · Design and adapt advertising materials aligned with the brand’s visual identity and each campaign’s objectives. · Create functional designs—compelling images and videos—that drive engagement and conversion on social media and websites. · Collaborate with the marketing team in conceptualizing and developing digital campaigns. · Stay up to date on digital design, UX/UI, and AI-powered creative tools. · Optimize graphics and materials for mobile and desktop platforms. · Keep activities updated and tracked via the digital platform. **Specific Activities** · Creation of display and video ad creatives for Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Emailing, among others. · Conceptualization and design of logos, iconography, digital illustrations, and typography; comprehensive brand management. · Design of visual elements for websites: icons, illustrations, banners, backgrounds, etc. · Photo retouching (color correction, cropping, cleanup, mockups, etc.). · Audiovisual material and animation production. · Basic editorial formats (styles, master pages, proofreading, etc.). · AI-generated creative assets **Requirements** · Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing agencies, digital design, marketing, and branding. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, FireFly) and related platforms (CapCut, Envato, GPT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). · Experience with creative AI: text, image, audio generation, and retouching. · Solid knowledge of branding, iconography, typography, color theory, composition, and UX/UI design. · Experience creating organic content and paid ads for digital advertising formats. · Ability to work under pressure and **manage multiple projects.** · Teamwork capability with marketing, web development, and creative/art direction teams. · Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps and a dedicated space exclusively for remote work. · Gender and location unrestricted.
