




***WHO WE ARE:*** *We operate as a Logistics Group through our three business units: Customs Brokerage, Transportation, and Warehousing.* *With over 80 years of experience, we provide specialized and personalized service backed by unparalleled legal support to leading industries.* **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** * Ensure the proper operation and growth of our Transportation Division, consistently complying with policies, guidelines, and objectives established by Grupo Rodríguez. * Plan coordination activities for trips, dispatch, internal control, personnel schedules and movements under supervision; as well as ensure vehicle fleet control and performance, regulatory and legal compliance, and quality and safety certifications. * Address and coordinate customer requests to meet transportation requirements, guaranteeing optimal service to users. * Guarantee company growth by acquiring new customers, as well as optimizing and applying human resources, vehicles, and resources in general. * Ensure compliance with U.S. and Mexican transportation regulations set forth by relevant authorities, as well as adherence to all safety and quality standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1. Growth** 1.1. Responsible for acquiring new customers. 1.2. Responsible for customer retention through effective supervision of operations during fiscal periods. 1.3. Supervises and authorizes resources for vehicle maintenance and repairs. 1.4. Determines routes and transit times. 1.5. Achieves efficient performance and productivity of the in-house team. 1.6. Optimizes fiscal period profitability. **2. Resources** 2.1. Optimizes human resources (installed capacity) and vehicle resources according to operational loads demanded by customers. (Optimizes drivers’ time.) 2.2. Plans and supervises activities within the area under supervision. 2.3. Maintains vehicles in optimal operating condition, both mechanically and aesthetically (Vehicle Maintenance). 2.4. Reviews driver compliance with U.S. and Mexican government and health agency requirements. 2.5. Efficiently administers and controls fuel loads and supervises optimal fuel consumption across vehicles. 2.6. Establishes driver work schedules according to customer needs and demand. 2.7. Keeps equipment and work areas orderly, reporting any anomalies. **3. Customer Service** 3.1. Resolves, tracks, and records incidents and complaints raised by customers. 3.2. Monitors service progress to ensure on-time cargo deliveries and eliminate delays. 3.3. Handles negotiations with customers regarding changes to terms, rates, etc. **4. General & Information** 4.1. Prepares statistics on services rendered by the unit, such as: number of trips completed per vehicle, subcontracting, commissions paid to drivers, vehicle performance, billing. 4.2. Complies with company-established safety rules and procedures, as well as requirements imposed by authorities such as SCT, DOT, CHP, DMV, and other agencies regulating operational and administrative compliance applicable to the company. 4.3. Ensures strict compliance with our C-TPAT/OEA certification and all applicable security measures. 4.4.
