In this role, you will be assigned to different work areas as needed to ensure production goals are met, support the production of quality products, and maximize output while adhering to all safety policies and regulations. **Key Responsibilities** \- Loading and unloading of materials. \- Follows and helps ensure coworkers follow safety rules, critical tasks, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures in each of the assigned areas. \- Maintains and keeps equipment and facilities in optimal condition. \- Performs cleaning in various production areas of the plant. \- Completes other operational tasks assigned by supervisor. \- Attends required training and development programs. \- Other assigned duties. **Minimum Qualifications** * At least 18 years of age * Completed secondary school and/or high school * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to work at heights (1.20 meters or higher) * Ability to work in different environments that may include noise, dust, chemicals, among others, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Capability to safely perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing up and down stairs, kneeling, squatting, or twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation **At Cargill, we promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our processes!** Job type: Full-time, Temporary or project-based Salary: $8,809\.38 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
