**Position Objective** Administer, provide support for, and contribute to the efficient operation of systems used in assigned operational and/or administrative areas. Additionally, serve as a Support Engineer in activities related to corporate information technology projects. **Main Responsibilities** * **Provide support and develop improvements** for Web, Windows, and mobile applications (Android/iOS) to ensure their proper functioning. * **Perform database queries and generate reports** in MSSQL databases to deliver useful information to users and key departments. * **Manage the lifecycle of assigned projects**, applying software development methodologies. * **Respond to technical support requests** from local users, ensuring operational continuity. * **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance** on hardware and computing equipment (formatting, reimaging, accessories). * **Install and configure software** required by users according to IT standards. * **Support local network administration** (voice, data, switchboard lines) to maintain operational infrastructure. * **Maintain inventory control** of hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment, ensuring traceability. * **Manage vendors and quotations**, as well as procure IT services according to departmental needs. **Position Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. **Experience:** 3 years or more as a Software Developer, Systems Engineer, or in similar development-related roles. 1 year or more in technical support functions: Support Engineer or Technician, Maintenance Coordinator, or similar. **Knowledge:** **Programming languages:** C#, VB.NET, JavaScript/jQuery, JAVA or Kotlin. **Frameworks/libraries:** .Net Framework or other relevant frameworks. **Frontend:** HTML5, CSS, JavaScript. **Backend and APIs:** Server-side logic, database management, authentication/authorization. **Relational databases:** Intermediate-to-advanced level in MSSQL; generation of operational/management reports. **Version control:** Azure DevOps or others. **Testing and debugging:** Unit testing, integration testing, debugging. **Continuous deployment:** Familiarity with CI/CD practices. **Development security:** Good cybersecurity practices and use of tools such as Checkmarx. **Language:** English B2 **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Savings fund: 13% * Grocery vouchers: 10% * Savings box * Christmas bonus: 21 days * Vacation premium: 60% * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Biweekly payroll Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $27,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings box * Employee discount * Gym discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Company phone * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
