We are looking for a key **Production Supervisor** for our plant. You will be responsible for safety, quality, meeting production targets, and continuous process improvement. Requirements: * **Education:** Engineering (IIS, IIA, IME, IQA or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum 10 years in production management and handling unionized personnel. * Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. * Line Balancing / JIT. * Safety and Quality Management (ISO). * **Skills:** Team leadership, conflict resolution, and advanced Excel proficiency. Responsibilities: * **Lead and Supervise:** Manage work teams and unionized personnel. * **Ensure Quality:** Implement robust controls and comply with standards (ISO 9000\). * **Process Improvement:** Develop and execute optimization projects (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT). * **Safety:** Guarantee a safe working environment, with authority to halt operations if risks arise. * **Data Management:** Monitor line performance and report results using Excel and metrics.
