When required by department needs, support operations at the concessioned spare parts warehouse to ensure timely and proper service to users. **SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:** * Degree or Technical Career in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in food manufacturing or beverage production companies. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of conveyors, refrigeration and freezing equipment using gases, thick liquid dispensers (Unifiller), bread slicing machines (band saws), heat shrink ovens, tray sealers, box sealers (3M), metal detectors, etc. * Familiar with good manufacturing practices, TPM (knowledge of definitions and implementation in the area). * Knowledge of Industrial Mechanics, Pneumatics, Electrical systems, PLC automation (Siemens, Allen Bradley), refrigeration, control panels, etc. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Ability to commute to central zone of Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Determine and carry out necessary actions to repair machinery or equipment in any area of the plant. * Determine modifications to activities and frequencies in the preventive maintenance plan and provide feedback to supervisor for implementation. * Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes, determine countermeasures, and establish permanent and systematic corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence of analyzed failures. * Identify and record critical spare parts within the preventive maintenance plan together with supervisor. * When necessary, initiate the process to add or remove equipment spare parts based on manufacturer information, historical data, and suggest required maximum and minimum levels. * Determine future major maintenance actions for equipment in coordination with supervisor. * Request necessary spare parts and tools from immediate supervisor to perform job duties. * Monitor and apply GMPs, food safety, and food hygiene protocols. * Close maintenance work orders (preventive and corrective), obtain release forms, authorizations, and user signatures confirming completion of work. * Perform assigned preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor, without being limited to specific assignments. * Maintain workshop and assigned areas under maintenance responsibility in safe and hygienic conditions required for effective performance, based on company productivity programs (6S, Kaizen, etc.). * Seek new ways to perform maintenance and production activities to achieve better organizational results. * Follow all Safety policies for self, maintenance associates, and production associates. * Participate in developing materials needed to deliver basic technical training to operational and sanitation staff, such as operation manuals, maintenance LUPs (One Point Lessons), LILAs, lubrication charts, inspection checklists, cleaning and adjustment procedures. * Train operational and sanitation personnel according to autonomous maintenance activity guidelines defined in RICH’s TPM strategy. * Understand and monitor maintenance expenses and assigned budget for equipment and lines; propose and assist maintenance supervisor with control plans in case of deviations. * Review personal performance dashboard and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up of area performance with maintenance supervisor to propose and execute corrective actions when targets are not met. * Comply with Safety and Health Policy, Environmental Policy, and follow established safety, health, and environmental procedures set by the company. * Know, understand, and apply established guidelines for safe equipment intervention (safe modes of operation and maintenance). * Provide full support in implementing preventive and corrective actions focused on safety. * Support participation in safety facilitator and promoter programs. * Know, understand, and apply the Plant Environmental Policy and Environmental Management System. * Comply with local environmental requirements within the scope of responsibilities. * When required by department operations, support the following activities in the spare parts warehouse. * Assist in conducting weekly inventories or at frequency established by RICHs to maintain control over spare parts held by third-party contracted spare parts suppliers. * Support the FIFO inventory system. * Follow warehouse procedures and controls. * Help maintain optimal organization and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse, respecting the 6S methodology. * Follow controls and procedures for efficient warehouse operations. * Review kits and understand warehouse indicators (warehouse costs, outgoing vouchers matching inventory, turnover, records of missing parts, minimum and maximum levels). * Support proper shift handover. Prepare materials for maintenance jobs scheduled for the week.
