Project overview: Our client is supporting the large‑scale expansion of an established EMR/EHR platform. The work includes modernizing the .NET and Angular stack, migrating the system to PostgreSQL, implementing a real‑time synchronization engine for multiple on‑prem healthcare sites, and developing a dynamic forms engine that can handle hundreds of clinical workflows. Position overview: The Tech Lead will be responsible for driving technical execution and ensuring code quality across the team. This role translates architectural vision into actionable tasks, mentors developers, and provides hands\-on support when needed. The Tech Lead will lead critical initiatives such as PostgreSQL migration, synchronization engine development, and Form Engine enhancements, while collaborating closely with architects, DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to deliver robust, high\-performance solutions. * Responsibilities: Break down epics into technical tasks; enforce coding standards, reviews, and definition of done. * Lead spikes/prototyping for PostgreSQL migration, sync engine components, and Form Engine parts; handle performance tuning and reliability patterns (idempotency, retries). * Validate AI\-generated documentation with human\-in\-the\-loop; align with Architect on diagrams (C4\) and APIs (Swagger). * Collaborate with DevOps and QA to ensure test readiness (pipelines, environments), and with Frontend for Angular v4/Kendo constraints. * 6\+ years in .NET development; 2\+ years as a Tech Lead. * Strong knowledge of EF mappings, data migration strategies; REST/SOAP integrations. * Familiarity with Angular (legacy constraints), testing strategies, and team mentoring.
