We are over 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles including finance, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers. **What are we looking for?** ========================== * **Job Objective:** You will be a proactive digital advisor and persuasive salesperson responsible for identifying and contacting customers in high-traffic areas within Magical Towns, understanding their needs to offer suitable solutions, promoting the adoption and use of our products and services through digital channels, and contributing to service quality at BBVA. * **Required Competencies:** * Negotiation * Teamwork * Proactivity * Communication * Organization * **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree / High school diploma (unique positions) * **Required Knowledge:** * Customer service * Proficiency with Office suite * Mobile application usage * Sale of intangible products, MANDATORY * **Experience:** * 2 years of field sales experience * Sales of intangible products * Problem solving * **Tasks and Responsibilities:** Daily Schedule (Tuesday to Saturday): * Morning remote meeting * Connect punctually to the morning session * Monitor the general dashboard * Raise questions or doubts * Share learnings * Contact the Coordinator if there are customer or product-related questions * Record sales or referrals to the commercial network / SMEs * On the scheduled day, connect for the one-on-one session with the Coordinator; if attending a customer, notify via chat to reschedule * Connect to the evening remote meeting with the Coordinator for daily closure * Wear the uniform and carry identification confirming your status as a BBVA employee * Remember that customer interaction must always be respectful and under no circumstances should you touch the customer's phone * In case of equipment issues, report them immediately to the Coordinator who will take appropriate action * In the event of force majeure preventing attendance, notify your Coordinator immediately, who will guide you on next steps If you require any reasonable accommodation\* during your selection process, please inform the recruiter at your first point of contact.
