Opportunity to work from home upon achievement of objectives. **Vacancy: Junior Project Designer** **Job Objective** To develop designs, drawings, 3D models, and quantity takeoffs that comply with technical specifications and client requirements, ensuring quality, functionality, and adherence to delivery timelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate with the immediate supervisor to establish project schedules for assigned projects and monitor their proper execution. * Develop architectural drawings, renderings, 3D models, sketches, and visual materials for internal presentations and client meetings. * Conduct property surveys and collect necessary technical information for project development. * Support initial material quantification, quotation preparation, and updating of the supplier database. * Research technical and regulatory concepts required for proper project execution. * Prepare daily, weekly, and biweekly progress reports, as well as support tracking presentations. * Participate in training sessions, maintain order in the work area, and collaborate in activities that improve departmental quality and productivity. **Responsibilities** * Execute tasks accurately, with quality, and in strict compliance with technical and regulatory specifications. * Meet established delivery deadlines. * Ensure projects meet client needs and expectations. * Monitor the execution of projects in which the candidate participates. * Use company-assigned assets appropriately. * Maintain confidentiality of company, client, supplier, and employee information. * Comply with internal policies, labor regulations, and hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. * Proficiency in **Revit**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in **SketchUp**. * Experience in drawing preparation. * Basic knowledge of construction budgeting and volumetric quantification. * Ability to work goal-oriented. * Punctuality and organizational skills. * Availability to comply with the **formal dress code**. * Openness to continuous feedback (weekly 1-on-1 follow-up\). * Adherence to internal policies, processes, and regulations. **Work Schedule and Benefits** * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Payment:** Biweekly. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. **Goal-Based Work Scheme** * Weekly and monthly goal-based work. * Upon achieving weekly goals, the opportunity to **work from home on Saturdays** is provided. * Upon achieving monthly goals, **the first Saturday of the following month is non-working**.
