At beMX, we are seeking an Operational Assistant who will serve as the right-hand person to the Operational Coordinator, supporting supervision, control, and follow-up of in-store processes. Key Responsibilities * Support the Coordinator in daily operational supervision. * Prepare operational reports (sales, inventory, attendance, incidents). * Follow up with managers and supervisors to ensure task execution. * Verify product displays, planograms, cleanliness, and presentation standards. * Manage staff schedules, incidents, leave requests, and attendance records. * Assist with inventory counts, internal audits, and unannounced inspections. * Coordinate activities related to new store openings and seasonal transitions. * Provide regular updates to the Operations Management team regarding situations, improvements, and developments. Requirements * Minimum age of 20 years. * Experience in retail, administration, operations, or supervision (preferred). * High level of organization and responsibility. * Basic proficiency in Excel or report generation. * Strong communication skills and leadership attitude. * Flexible availability (store openings, closings, and weekends as required by operations).
