Operational and administrative control of the department ***Job Objective*** Provide administrative support to the HR department and direct assistance to Management, ensuring operational and administrative control of the department. ***Key Responsibilities*** * Employee onboarding in the payroll system (technical onboarding only). * Management of food vouchers. * Administrative control of the HR department. * Preparation and tracking of purchase orders. * Procurement for events, training, and departmental activities. * Management of HR vendors. * Scheduling, follow-up, and direct support to Management. ***Requirements*** * Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, either in progress or completed. * Preferred experience: 1 year. * Flexible working hours available.
