Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC programmer to interpret technical drawings, perform programming, and optimize machining processes, ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Perform CNC programming directly at the machine and using CAM software. 2. Optimize cycle times, machining strategies, and tool usage. 3. Propose continuous improvements in processes and programming. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and engineering specifications. * **Perform CNC programming directly at the machine and using CAM software for machining centers (VMC) and CNC lathes.** * Configure tools, offsets, and advanced cutting parameters. * Validate programs through simulation and machine testing. * Optimize cycle times, machining strategies, and tool usage. * Diagnose and correct deviations in machining processes. * Supervise production execution to ensure quality and efficiency. * Propose continuous improvements in processes and programming. * Document processes, operation sheets, and engineering changes. **Job Requirements:** **Education** * Technician in Machine Tools, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field. **Experience** * 4 years of CNC programming experience. * Experience operating CNC machines (lathe and/or milling machine). **Skills** * Attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Problem solving * Teamwork * Organization and discipline * Results orientation **Competencies** * Quality orientation * Continuous improvement * Responsibility * Adaptability Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free parking * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
