We seek responsible individuals with physical work readiness and a strong desire to grow within the company. *Recruitment and selection process managed by an independent external consulting firm.* **Requirements** * Age: 18 to 55 years * Gender: No preference * Minimum education: Junior high school * Candidates with academic transcripts are accepted if no official certificate is available * Experience: Desirable in plants, production, or manufacturing (not mandatory) * If this is your first job, you may apply provided you have complete and up-to-date documentation * Physical condition: * Due to physically demanding tasks, applicants with overweight will not be accepted * Restrictions: * Use of eyeglasses or hearing aids is not a restriction, provided the candidate possesses them **Salary** * **Approximate weekly take-home pay: $2,700** * Weekly base salary: 2\.100 $ * Adaptation bonus: $600 per week **Benefits and Perks** * Grocery vouchers: * 5% (less than 2 years of seniority) * 8% (more than 2 years) * Punctuality and attendance award. * Savings fund: 4% in the first year, 6% in the second year, 8.5% starting from the third year * Double contribution by the company * Year-end bonus: 18 to 35 days, based on seniority * Additional Christmas bonus on top of the year-end bonus: $500 to $2,700, based on seniority * Development bonus: $600 per week for 20 weeks (until reaching Category C) * Vacation and vacation premium as stipulated by law and seniority * Financial assistance for: Marriage, Birth, Education, Death, Disability Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $2,700\.00 per week Benefits: * Savings account * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
