Position Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and monitor multiple projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and objectives through effective resource management and communication. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and operational decision-making **Grupo Constructor Transportieren is seeking:** Project Coordinator ***Objective***: Coordinate, supervise, and monitor 2 or 3 projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and defined objectives through appropriate resource management and effective communication among all stakeholders. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects in parallel. * Ensure adherence to schedules, deliverables, and budget. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across different projects. * Identify risks and establish mitigation plans. * Prepare progress reports and present results to management. * Resolve operational deviations and make timely decisions. * Prioritize activities across projects based on urgency and impact. * Coordinate on-site technical and operational staff. * Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations. * And other related duties. **Requirements:** * Proven experience supervising more than one project simultaneously. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Professional license mandatory). * Strong sense of responsibility and strict adherence to processes. * Organizational skills and time management proficiency. * Responsible individual with a strong sense of urgency. * Willingness to travel (if required). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Biweekly payment (every other Friday). * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m.–1 p.m.; availability for overtime outside regular hours. * Job stability. * Statutory benefits.
