Job Summary: Develop and execute graphic and audiovisual materials to strengthen the institutional image, support admissions and marketing campaigns, and provide visual support to academic and administrative areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design of graphic and audiovisual materials for admissions campaigns. 2. Creation of visual content for social media (reels, motion graphics). 3. Management of external vendors to ensure quality of physical materials. I. Job Objective Develop and execute graphic and audiovisual materials that strengthen the institutional image, support admissions and marketing campaigns, and provide visual support to the institution’s various academic and administrative areas. II. General Job Functions * Design graphic materials for admissions and marketing campaigns, such as billboards, brochures, flyers, banners, and printed and digital promotional materials. * Create visual and audiovisual content for social media, including reels, motion graphics, and animated infographics. * Edit institutional videos and conduct image capture (photography and video) of university life and institutional events. * Design basic user interfaces (UI) for newsletters, digital announcements, and website updates. * Provide visual support to undergraduate programs and administrative areas in formalizing academic and administrative projects. * Manage external vendors (printers and production services) to ensure quality and timely delivery of physical materials. III. Required Profile **Experience:** * 2–3 years in similar roles, preferably in agencies, internal communications departments, or educational institutions. **Skills:** * Creativity and proactivity to propose innovative concepts aimed at recruitment campaigns and institutional positioning. * Organization and ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
