




Job Summary: IMPELMEX is seeking a Human Capital Intern interested in gaining practical experience in recruitment, selection, personnel administration, onboarding, training, and internal communication. Support in Recruitment, Personnel Administration, and Training ***JOIN OUR HUMAN CAPITAL TEAM!*** At **IMPELMEX**, we are looking for a **Human Capital Intern** interested in developing expertise in the Human Capital field and gaining hands-on experience in key departmental processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Support in **recruitment and selection** processes (job posting, CV screening, candidate follow-up). * Support in **personnel file administration**. * Support in **onboarding and induction** of new hires. * Updating databases and generating departmental reports. * Support in activities related to **training, workplace climate, and internal communication**. * Other administrative tasks related to Human Capital. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields**. * Valid **student health insurance**. * Basic proficiency in **Excel and Microsoft Office Suite**. * Learning attitude, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. * Prior interest in the Human Capital field is desirable. **We Offer** * Validation of **professional internships and/or social service requirements**. * **Financial support**. * Training and mentoring. * Industrial cafeteria.
