Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase productivity. **Description** Degasa, a 100% Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of wound care materials and medical devices, is seeking **Job Objective:** To plan and control the distribution of finished products (FP) to distribution centers (CEDIS), based on market demand, plant inventory levels, and ISO standards, in order to optimize inventory coverage, transportation, and costs. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics. * **Experience:** 2 years in logistics, analysis, planning, inventory control, and related fields. * Advanced proficiency in technological solutions, databases, and productivity tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze finished product inventories at CEDIS against demand to generate distribution plans. * Coordinate and control transportation logistics from production plants. * Schedule distribution activities with involved departments to ensure timely deliveries. * Identify improvements in transportation utilization to reduce costs. * Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase productivity. **Key Competencies:** * Teamwork and collaboration. * Results-oriented mindset. * Decision-making and problem-solving. * Effective communication. * Internal and external customer satisfaction. **We Offer:** * Base Monthly Salary: **$16,500 GROSS** * Savings Fund: 6% of base salary. * Food vouchers: $1,300 MXN per month. * Vacation days as stipulated by law. * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 15 days of salary. * 25% vacation premium. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Life insurance (upon plant assignment) (after 3 months). * Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGMM) coverage for employee and children (upon plant assignment).
