We seek passionate engineers eager to make an impact early in their careers. **Your Role: What You’ll Do** * Deliver educational robotics classes to children and adolescents in Cuernavaca, Morelos * Guide students in assembling, programming, and prototyping robots using Arduino and microcontrollers * Design challenge-based learning experiences (Project-Based Learning) * Support educational workshops, hackathons, and tech demos Document student progress and collaborate with the World Brain team **Who We’re Looking For** * Currently enrolled engineering student (Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Systems, IT, or related field) * Passion for both technology and teaching — a rare and valuable combination * Knowledge of Arduino, Python, Scratch, or any prototyping platform (not mandatory — we provide training) * Effective communication skills with children and youth aged 6–17 * Proactive, punctual, and growth-minded Availability to work onsite in Cuernavaca, Morelos **What You Get (Benefits)** * Monthly stipend of $5,000 MXN * Intensive training in educational robotics, STEAM methodology, and active pedagogy * Letter of release for Social Service or Professional Internship * Flexible schedule designed for university students * Access to real-world technology and educational impact projects in Morelos Real opportunity for full-time employment and career growth within World Brain México **Work Modality** * Onsite at our robotics lab in Cuernavaca, Morelos * Flexible hours compatible with your academic workload Immediate start **This Is Your Moment** No prior teaching experience required.
