Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer for Saint-Gobain, passionate about manufacturing and continuous improvement, to lead initiatives that enhance performance on production lines. Key Highlights: 1. Manage production and ensure quality standards on production lines. 2. Lead continuous improvement projects under the WCM methodology. 3. Act as the technical liaison with suppliers and coordinate maintenance. **Why do we need you?** Are you passionate about manufacturing processes on production lines? At **Saint\-Gobain**, we are looking for a **Process Engineer** to join our **Production** team and collaborate in implementing initiatives that improve operational results by analyzing and deploying data to prioritize improvement actions. **Is this role right for you? What will you do?** * **Production Management and Control:** Ensure data reconciliation in systems (ORION/IRIS), plan production, and guarantee compliance with quality standards on production lines (specifically on cutting tables). * **Continuous Improvement (WCM):** Analyze production losses to lead improvement projects under the **World Class Manufacturing** methodology, optimizing workflow and productivity. * **Team and Talent Management:** Manage operational staff per company guidelines, close technical training gaps, and manage skill matrices. * **Supplier and Maintenance Liaison:** Serve as the technical contact for external suppliers (e.g., Hegla, Optima) and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance to avoid line stoppages. * **Safety, Sustainability, and Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, and maintain all documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) up to date. **Ensuring nothing is overlooked** **Requirements** * Mechatronics, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering degree. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of CoreTools, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Minimum 3 years of experience in production processes. * Minimum 2 years of experience managing personnel. **Legal Notice** https://www.saint\-gobain.com.mx/aviso\-de\-privacidad **Steps to join us** Apply via JoinUs Job Reference: MEX00486
