Coordinate daily operations with distribution and warehouse **Temporary Pre-Sales Supervisor**: **JIUTEPEC, MORELOS** **Leading Distribution and Logistics Company – GUNA** We are a leading distributor of fast-moving consumer goods, dedicated to boosting sales for small and medium-sized retailers through the traditional channel. **We invite you to join our team as temporary coverage for an absence!** **Profile We Are Seeking:** * Minimum education: **Completed High School Diploma** * **1 year of experience** as a field supervisor, preferably in: * Direct distribution * Retail channel * Sales * Knowledge of **in-store operations** * Experience in **implementing commercial strategies** * **Motorcycle license and motorcycle operation capability** **(mandatory for mobility)** **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and monitor **KPIs** to ensure fulfillment of the service package. * Conduct **daily coaching sessions** with the pre-sales team (quotas, product mix, commercial priorities, departmental objectives). * Provide **feedback and action plans** to improve team performance. * Prepare performance reports based on the pre-sales system. * Plan and assign **pre-sales routes**. * Verify that the team departs for routes equipped with all required **work tools** (fully charged and synchronized mobile phone, forms, maps, catalogs). * Supervise **timing and movements** to ensure efficiency and effectiveness during visits and pre-sales activities. * Accompany routes to **boost sales**, prioritizing underperforming ones. * Train newly hired or route-reassigned pre-sales representatives. * Coordinate daily operations with **distribution and warehouse departments**. * Ensure **daily sales closure** and report results. **What We Offer?** * **Monthly base salary:** $18,000 gross * **Performance bonuses:** up to $2,000 monthly * **Weekly payments** * **Statutory benefits** * **Savings fund** * **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. until route completion **Fixed day off: Sundays** **Available Locations** * **Jiutepec**, near Rosa Camprestre **Interested Candidates:** Apply via this platform with your **updated CV or completed application form, or send us a WhatsApp message at 5\-5\-3\-8\-9\-2\-3\-1\-7\-0**.
