Job Summary: Providing customer service and communicating with taxi drivers to assign rides and maintain trip control, recording data and reporting incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and call management for taxi services. 2. Communication and assignment of services to taxi drivers via radio. 3. Logbook management, incident reporting, and shift support. Record customer information such as name, origin address, destination, and special needs. Provide approximate fare information, estimated wait times, and availability. Relay service requests to available taxi drivers via radio. Assign vehicles based on proximity, availability, and required service type. Maintain constant contact to verify trip status. Maintain a log of completed services including time, assigned driver, and served customer. Record incidents or issues occurring during service. Support shift scheduling and driver working hours. Report emergencies or irregularities to supervisors or authorities. Minimize downtime through efficient service distribution.
