Position Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Analyst to manage security systems, implement protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, handle operational communication, and document events, with availability for night shift or rotating shift. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages monitoring and security systems, including GPS and CCTV. 2. Applies asset security protocols and operational standards. 3. IS SEEKING: MONITORING ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES Monitoring and Security Systems * Operation of GPS platforms, CCTV, geofences, alerts, and real-time tracking tools. * Basic configuration of tracking systems and control panels. Asset Security Protocols * Identification of operational risks and unsafe behavior patterns. * Response procedures for attempted theft, detentions, and incidents. Regulatory Compliance and Operational Guidelines * Road safety, traffic, and authorized route regulations. * Company internal security policies and client protocols. Operational Communication * Use of radio, telephony, messaging applications, and internal communication systems. * Techniques for clear and precise communication with drivers, supervisors, security personnel, and operations staff. Event Recording and Documentation * Operational logs, incident reports, form completion, photographic evidence, and operational narratives. * Correct classification and follow-up of incidents. Basic Data Analysis * Interpretation of security indicators (critical alerts, route deviations, stop durations, event frequency). * Identification of trends and operational risk areas.
