Sales and product display activities Do you have experience in department stores? **PROMOTER: SPRING AIR \- COPPEL TEJALPA, MORELOS** **Minimum 6 months of experience in department stores.** **LOCATION:** Blvd. Paseo Cuaunáhuac 358, between Dolores and Av. Insurgentes, Moctezuma, 62570 Jiutepec, Mor. * PAYMENT FOR PREVIOUS MONTH This applies only to commissions. When working on commission, payment is made the following month. If you meet or exceed your targets, your commission will be reflected in the next month’s payroll, while still respecting your biweekly payment of the gross base salary. * ️**General Responsibilities:** Mattress display, product arrangement and cleaning, attendance reporting via the application. Being present at the point of sale and engaging customers to promote product sales. * ️**Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with one day off per week (or as permitted by the store). ✅️**We Offer:** * $9,600 MXN gross monthly salary (paid biweekly). **3 TYPES OF COMMISSIONS:** * 1\.7% if quota is met. * 1\.5% if quota is not met. * 1ST PLACE \+ SALES ABOVE $200,000 \= $2,000 BONUS * Statutory benefits from day one (NO CONDITIONS). * Virtual training. **DRESS CODE:** * White shirt or white polo shirt (short or long sleeve). * Dark dress pants (black; navy blue if black is unavailable). * Closed black shoes.
