Functions and responsibilities * Teamwork and support to other departments requiring assistance. Customer orientation. * Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting floors of various surfaces (tile, marble, concrete, carpet) according to established procedures. * Strict adherence to safety and hygiene procedures for handling cleaning products, respecting dilution ratios and application methods. * Daily cleaning and disinfection of all mall common areas: corridors, entrances, staircases, elevators, and circulation zones.
