Monitor machines and production, taking necessary actions when failures occur during the manufacturing process. **Knowledge/Skills** Must have extensive knowledge of WEIHUAN AND SHENG LONG Seamless machines and all their components. Must know how to use the tools required to perform the job, as well as technological tools that allow greater efficiency at work. Additionally, must have a foundation in electrical mechanics. **Relationship with other departments:** **Supervisor:** Knitting Manager. **Design:** Request designs to be uploaded into the machines. **Administration:** Request machine spare parts or report other issues requiring purchases. **Responsibilities:** Diagnose and resolve various mechanical failures occurring in WEIHUAN AND SHENG LONG machines. Proper mechanical adjustment of machines. Repair and return to operation of machines that fail or are reported by operators. Provide guidance and training to team members. Train machine operators (knitters). Diagnose electronic failures, specifically identifying which electronic boards are faulty; this function is performed by me. If repairs require intervention by a specialized electronic laboratory, contact is made, the process is coordinated, and repair progress is monitored. Perform product changes on machines according to urgent delivery requirements. Program, adjust, and correct various textile programs created in the software provided by the manufacturer SANTONI, used by the machines (.sok .dis .sdi etc). Check which spare parts and consumables are needed for the machines. Create lists for quoting required spare parts for machines. Inspect and verify upon arrival that spare parts received are correct. Request quotes and maintain contact with various service providers.
