Position Objective Ensure the proper **coordination, execution, and delivery of projects**, guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and on-time completion. Supervise design and production processes, coordinate communication with clients and suppliers, and effectively manage resources and spaces to optimize the workflow of the team. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the entire project lifecycle through to final deliverables. * Ensure the team works efficiently, agilely, accurately, and with clear objectives. * Establish, communicate, and track the **timeline**, priorities, and schedules of projects. * Plan and assign tasks to the design and production team, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. * Supervise the preparation and tracking of budgets and quotations. * Serve as the primary liaison between the team and clients to gather requirements, present proposals, track progress, and validate deliverables. * Supervise coordination with external suppliers (production, printing, installation, and logistics). * Update project statuses for team visibility. * Verify the final quality of materials prior to delivery or installation. * Document progress, issues, and outcomes for each project. * Coordinate and document **Kick-Off** and **Debrief** sessions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of equipment and materials. * Track expense verification, travel allowances, and assigned supplies in accordance with internal policies. Education and Training * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Event Production, or related fields. * **Desirable courses:** Materials, production, project control and tracking software. * **Complementary training:** Event agencies, design, and advertising.
