




Human Resources Assistant – Contract Signing We are seeking a dynamic and organized **Freelance Human Resources Assistant** for a specific project supporting the final hiring phase of our new staff. Key Responsibilities * **Coordination and Logistics:** Schedule and organize appointments and sessions for contract signing with selected candidates. * **Document Management:** Ensure all required documents are complete and accurate prior to signing. * **Contract Formalization:** Oversee and facilitate the contract signing process. Requirements: * **Proven Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably in recruitment or personnel administration. * **Basic Legal Knowledge:** Familiarity with employment documentation and essential elements of an employment contract. * **Organization and Attention to Detail:** High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously. * **Freelance Arrangement:** Availability to work on a per-project/per-hour/per-day basis (availability to be agreed upon).
