




**Position Objective**: Detect, analyze, and prevent situations affecting students' learning and development through psychoeducational assessments, intervention programs, guidance, and referrals to external specialists. Main responsibilities include: * **Identification of cognitive development needs** through observations and psychoeducational assessments. * **Delivery of reports to parents**, receipt of diagnoses, and creation of follow-up records. * **Collaboration with the inclusion team** to design intervention strategies. * **Counseling for students, parents, and teachers**, as well as organizing Parent Schools, guidance programs, and lectures. * **Crisis intervention and emotional support**. * Participation in recreational activities and the Internal Civil Protection Unit. **Requirements:** * **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Psychology (master's degree desirable). * **Experience**: Minimum 2 years. * **Knowledge**: Psychoeducational assessment, child psychotherapy, legislation on children's and adolescents' rights, teamwork, conflict resolution. * English required * German desirable Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Additional vacation or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site position
