




Job Description Responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical workshop activities to ensure optimal operation of vehicles. Ensures proper execution of preventive, corrective, diagnostic, and repair maintenance, as well as management of technical personnel and departmental resources. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. Perform mechanical diagnostics and validate repairs. Schedule and manage service times, workloads, and workshop priorities. Supervise mechanical, electrical, and technical personnel. Control inventories of tools, spare parts, supplies, and materials. Request purchases of spare parts and verify their quality. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the workshop. Monitor vehicles undergoing external repair (if applicable). Maintain maintenance records, logs, and technical reports. Reduce downtime and increase vehicle availability. Coordinate with Traffic, Operations, Yard, and Logistics departments. Candidate Profile Education: Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in automotive maintenance or mechanical workshops. Experience leading technical personnel. Knowledge of: Gasoline and/or diesel engines Electrical systems Brakes, suspension, and drivetrain Maintenance programs Use of automotive scan tools (desirable) Skills and Competencies Leadership and personnel management Planning and organization Problem solving Working under pressure Effective communication Results orientation Negotiation skills with suppliers Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
