




**VACANCY: INTERNAL CONTROL – RESTAURANT INDUSTRY** Grupo SONSABOR is seeking an **Internal Control** position, responsible for supervising and ensuring compliance with operational, administrative, and procurement processes across units. **Location:** Morelia **Schedule:** 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Modality:** In-person / Field **Responsibilities:** * Supervision and auditing of internal processes in restaurants. * Control and validation of **purchases**, suppliers, and purchase orders. * Review of prices, quality, portion sizes, and compliance with supplier agreements. * Inventory tracking, shrinkage monitoring, and input turnover. * Validation of warehouse entries and exits. * Verification of recipe adherence, portioning, and costing. * Identification of deviations, operational risks, and losses. * Preparation of reports and improvement proposals. * Coordination with management teams and unit supervisors. * Support during internal and external audits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience (internal control, auditing, procurement, or costing). * Knowledge of: * **Procurement processes and supplier negotiation** * Inventory, shrinkage, and costing * Restaurant operations * Excel proficiency (intermediate–advanced). * Strong analytical, organizational, and judgment skills. * Willingness to travel between units. **We offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth within the group. * Job stability and a professional work environment.
