This person is the hub between internal stakeholders and external contractors/vendors, ensuring campaigns move forward, deadlines are hit, and performance reporting is accurate and on\-time. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, detail\-oriented, comfortable working with marketing data, and confident coordinating multiple moving parts across paid ads, SEO, and performance tracking. **Responsibilities:** 1\) Reporting \+ Performance Tracking * Pull and organize reports from: Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Search Console, Affiliate platforms (Impact and CJ), Other marketing platforms as needed (TikTok Ads, YouTube, affiliate tools, call tracking, landing page tools, etc.) * Build and maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards (Google Sheets preferred) * Track core KPIs such as:Spend, CPA, ROAS, CAC, Conversion rates, CTR, CPC, CPM Leads/sales volume, funnel drop\-off points, SEO traffic trends, keyword performance, top landing pages * dentify performance anomalies (spend spikes, tracking drops, conversion issues) and escalate quickly 2\) Marketing Project Coordination (Facilitator Role) * Own marketing task execution flow across internal team \+ contractors * Create and manage task lists, timelines, priorities, and deliverables * Run weekly marketing check\-ins (agenda, notes, action items, follow\-ups) * Keep campaigns moving by removing blockers and driving accountability 3\) Vendor \+ Contractor Management * Coordinate with 3rd\-party partners such as: Paid media agencies/freelancers, SEO contractors, Designers / video editors, Copywriters, Tracking/analytics specialists * Ensure vendors deliver on time and within scopeProvide reporting and creatives * Collect deliverables, validate completion, and route to the right internal owner for approval * Maintain documentation of vendor performance, tasks, and outcomes 4\) Process \+ Systems Support * Maintain organized marketing documentation (campaign notes, logins, tracking specs, creative files, reporting templates) * Help standardize workflows (launch checklists, reporting SOPs, weekly status templates) * Assist with QA checks for: UTM tracking, Conversion tracking, and attribution, Landing page updates and broken links, Pixel/tag firing (as needed) **Required Qualifications:** * 1–3\+ years in marketing coordination, marketing ops, or marketing assistant roles * Comfortable pulling and interpreting reports from: * Google Ads * Meta Ads Manager * Google Analytics (GA4\) * Google Search Console * Strong working knowledge of: * Google Sheets / Excel * Basic marketing KPIs and how to sanity\-check performance * Strong project coordination skills: * Follow\-ups, task tracking, deadlines, and prioritization * Excellent written communication (clear updates, concise summaries, no fluff) * Extremely organized and reliable (this role fails without consistency) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with tools like:Looker Studio, Databox, Triple Whale, Supermetrics Asana / ClickUp / Monday / Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs * Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, VWO/Optimizely * Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals and content workflows * Experience working with agencies/contractors and managing deliverables **What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)** * Reporting is delivered **on time every week** with clean, reliable numbers * Contractors are aligned, tracked, and delivering consistently * Marketing tasks stop slipping through the cracks * Leadership has clear visibility into: What’s being worked on, What’s blocked, What’s performing, What needs attention next, Working Style / Traits We Want * Proactive: flags issues early instead of hiding them * Organized: lives in checklists, timelines, and clear documentation * Analytical: can spot when numbers “don’t make sense” * Fast communicator: short, accurate updates \> long explanations * Comfortable pushing vendors for answers and deliverables **Marketing Operations Coordinator** needed to manage marketing execution \+ reporting.
